Cleanor Research Labs L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us") operates the Cleanor Research Labs website and mobile apps, including Cleanor for iPhone, Cleanor for Android, and related products.

2. Payments, website checkout, subscriptions, and refunds
Purchases may be processed by Apple or Google when you buy through the App Store or Google Play, and may be processed by our website checkout providers when you buy directly on cleanor.app.
We do not process or store your full payment card details.
For purchases made directly on cleanor.app, refund requests and billing questions are handled through support@cleanor.app.
For purchases made in Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be handled through the relevant store support flow. We cannot directly issue refunds for store-managed purchases.
3. Information we collect
Account and authentication data needed to sign in, where login is required.
App usage, diagnostics, crash logs, performance data, device model, OS version, and app version.
Content you explicitly choose to provide when a feature needs access to photos, files, or camera permissions.
4. How we use information
To provide and maintain the app, including sign-in and account access.
To improve performance, fix bugs, and reduce abuse or fraud.
To understand aggregate usage trends and improve product decisions.
To provide customer support and respond to requests.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)
Performance of a contract when we provide the app and requested features.
Legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, app improvement, and analytics with appropriate safeguards.
Consent where required, including certain permissions or analytics settings.
6. Sharing and processors
We may share limited data with Apple and Google for app distribution, purchases, and store-related services.
We may use website payment and billing providers for purchases made directly on cleanor.app.
We may use analytics and diagnostics providers such as Google Firebase and Google Analytics.
We may work with service providers that help operate the app under confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for cross-border transfers.
8. Data retention
Account and authentication data is retained while your account is active and as needed for security or legal reasons.
Analytics and diagnostics data is retained only for the period reasonably needed for troubleshooting and product analysis, then aggregated or deleted.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
10. Children’s privacy
Our apps are not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data.
You can also manage device permissions such as Photos or Camera access in your device settings.
