Effective April 3, 2026. These terms govern the use of the Clenoir mobile application and explain subscriptions, responsibilities, and limits of liability.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Clenoir mobile application (the “App”), operated by Cleanor Research Labs LLC-FZ (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
3.1. Premium Features. Certain features of the App (“Premium Features”) may require a paid subscription. These features may include unlimited cleaning, detailed media analysis, and other advanced tools.
3.2. Billing. Payment will be charged to your iTunes / App Store Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Data Backup. You acknowledge that the App allows you to delete content (photos, videos, contacts, events) from your device. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have backups of any important data before using the cleaning functions.
Liability. Clenoir and Cleanor Research Labs LLC-FZ are not responsible for any accidental loss of data resulting from your use of the App. Deleted items typically go to the “Recently Deleted” album in Photos (for media) or are removed permanently (for contacts/calendar), depending on iOS behavior.
You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App.
You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, including copyright and trademark notices, of the App.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Cleanor Research Labs LLC-FZ expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
In no event shall Cleanor Research Labs LLC-FZ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
This limitation also applies to any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction where Cleanor Research Labs LLC-FZ is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
