Effective June 7, 2026. How refunds work for Cleanor Research Labs L.L.C-FZ. Subscriptions bought on cleanor.app are refunded by us; subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play are refunded through Apple or Google.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases of Cleanor Research Labs L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "our") products and subscriptions, including Cleanor for iPhone, Cleanor for Android, and other apps and tools we publish.
The refund process depends on where you bought your subscription. Purchases made directly on cleanor.app are handled by us. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the store you bought them from, and refunds for those purchases must be requested through Apple or Google.

2. Purchases made on cleanor.app
If you purchased a subscription or one-time plan directly on our website (cleanor.app) through our website payment provider, the following terms apply.
Refund window. You may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Renewal charges may be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date, provided the renewed period has not been substantially used.
How to request a refund. Send a refund request by email to support@cleanor.app, or submit our support form, and include the email address used for the purchase, the approximate purchase date, and the order or receipt reference if available.
Processing. We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund. Once a refund is issued, the related subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends at the conclusion of the current billing period or immediately, depending on the case.
3. Purchases made in the App Store (iOS)
If you purchased a subscription or in-app purchase through Apple on an iPhone or iPad, the purchase was processed by Apple and is subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We are not able to issue refunds for App Store purchases directly, because we never receive or control your payment. All refunds for App Store purchases must be requested from Apple.
To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, choose the relevant purchase, and follow Apple’s refund process. Apple decides whether to grant the refund according to its own policies.
4. Purchases made in Google Play (Android)
If you purchased a subscription or in-app purchase through Google Play on an Android device, the purchase was processed by Google and is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
We are not able to issue refunds for Google Play purchases directly, because we never receive or control your payment. All refunds for Google Play purchases must be requested from Google.
To request a refund, use the Google Play refund process at support.google.com/googleplay, or open the Google Play Store app, go to your subscriptions, and follow Google’s instructions. Google decides whether to grant the refund according to its own policies.
5. Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but is not the same as a refund. Unless you also qualify for and request a refund, you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
For subscriptions purchased on cleanor.app, you can cancel by contacting support@cleanor.app or through your account settings where available.
For App Store subscriptions, manage and cancel from Settings on your Apple device under your name, then Subscriptions. For Google Play subscriptions, manage and cancel from the Google Play Store app under Subscriptions.
6. Exceptions and chargebacks
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund process, or violation of our Terms of Use.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may delay resolution.
Where required by applicable consumer protection law, statutory refund and withdrawal rights apply in addition to this policy and are not limited by it.
