Does this only work for Facebook Marketplace?
No. It is the same root batch optimizer, but with page copy and defaults tuned for Facebook Marketplace-style seller workflows.
Can I still switch profiles?
Yes. The square marketplace profile is only the starting point. The rest of the batch controls stay available in the tool.
Does the image pack stay on my device?
Yes. Queue processing and ZIP export stay local in the browser, and files are rebuilt through canvas so common metadata is stripped on save.
What size should Marketplace photos be?
Square, at least 1024 x 1024 by Meta's commerce recommendation, with 500 x 500 as the floor. This batch exports 1600 x 1600, which survives the square grid crop with room to spare.
How many photos can I batch?
Up to 100 files at up to 15 MB each, returned as one zip. Marketplace allows 10 photos per listing.
Should I export JPG or WebP for Marketplace?
JPG. Meta's upload flows handle it everywhere, and WebP is inconsistently accepted depending on the app and surface. The bandwidth saving is not worth a failed upload on a phone.
Why fit rather than fill?
Fit keeps the whole item visible and pads the square with white, which is right for tall or wide items. Fill crops to the square, which will lop the top off a wardrobe or the ends off a sofa.
Does resizing remove the location from my photos?
Re-encoding on a canvas does drop the original EXIF as a side effect, which includes GPS. It is not the tool's stated purpose, so treat metadata removal as a separate, explicit step if it matters.
