About this arrow symbols
Arrows are the most useful symbols nobody has on their keyboard. A right arrow → turns a sequence of steps into something readable at a glance, which is why documentation is full of menu paths written as File → Export → PDF. Double arrows ⇒ and ⇔ carry a stronger sense of implication and are conventional in logic and mathematics, so mixing them into a menu path reads oddly to anyone who knows the convention. The keyboard symbols are the other quiet workhorse: ⇧ for shift, ⌫ for backspace, and ⏎ for return let you document a shortcut without spelling out the key names. All of them are ordinary text characters, so they stay searchable and screen readers announce them by name.
