About this icebreaker questions
A good icebreaker is answerable in twenty seconds by someone who is not in the mood. That rules out most of what circulates in facilitation decks: anything requiring a fun fact, anything about family or money, and anything where a short answer sounds like a bad one. The questions here are deliberately small. They can be answered honestly by a new joiner on their first day or by someone who has been in the team for a decade, and nobody has to disclose anything they would not put in a company chat. Draw one and go around the room, or draw a fresh one per person if the group is small. Everything runs in your browser, so a question in a private meeting stays in that meeting.
