About this mouse double click test
A mouse switch that wears out bounces: one press registers as two a few milliseconds apart. Humans cannot click twice in under about 80 ms on purpose, so the test marks every gap shorter than that. Click at a normal pace for a minute or two, because a failing switch fails intermittently. The browser’s own double-click count is shown too, for comparison.
